The individual professional path and the key moments one goes through during the professional evolution represent the prospective analysis the given article offers alongside with the advantages of online learning.
In the knowledge-based society the ongoing learning stands as one of the few solutions which allows individual adapting to the dynamic social reality. A prospective analysis mirrors the connection between the professional evolution and the different types of training which are more or less compulsory during one's career.
The role of online learning is well highlighted in the given paper, while the appropriateness, the opportunity and the accessibility of such programs are mentioned in the conclusions of the article.
The appropriateness of the present paper is to be valued individually, in the way that the case study can be carried out using personal data, while its outcome can support the individual professional evolution and the increase in the quality of the professional life. Institutionally speaking, the appropriateness of the paper stands in the analysis model that can be employed by the human resources management in counciling and orienting employees towards various types of training, thus improving their career path by promoting well-qualified personnel in the organization.
