Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) is a newly emerging branch of learning sciences, concerned with studying how people can learn with the help of computers. It proposes the development of programs and applications that bring students together and thus creative activities can provide intellectual exploration and social interaction.
To improve the collaborative work groups of students we propose an experimental program that requires them to engage in a cross-sectional study of educational topics using the blog as a collaborative workspace.
This approach goes further than learning a new method: what we propose is a complex strategy involving a multitude of issues, including active participation of students in building their own learning, empowering them to use various applications that can help in solving topics that concern them, through a permanent and very important intellectual training, practice collaboration in student groups that share the same orientation and interests.
Therefore I wanted to create a place where they can support a collaborative learning group of students willing to write together a series of articles in the form of blog posts addressing issues related to specific curriculum subjects of specialization to which they belong.
Our main purpose is to prove that the blog is not only spaces that supports collaborative group learning, but can also have as end result helping others as support for learning - all the content is available to anyone interested in accessing it. The content of the blog will be exclusively created by the student groups and all the topics they cover are from their curricula. | Keywords
