In this article we have included a series of analyzes of the practical training of students preparing to be teachers on their effectiveness and efficiency in learning. Although these issues are components located at the intersection of several factors, students who will form other students can make a comparison between their approach and approaches in the field of pedagogy.
This approach identifies the theoretical background in guiding students learning and presents the results of the questionnaires and determination several students' self-reflexive analysis we work today with.
We believe that in academic education it is important to solve together, in common, the situation where students have to adapt to new learning requirements and to identify the specific of the approach of the field of study represents a useful step that includes applying a methodology of intellectual work, reflection, involvement in improve their own results, thorough learning.
As a teacher, we believe that, in learning Pedagogy is essential to be built the implementing and knowledge transfer skills. Moreover, they must follow its specific as a trans-disciplinary science, in which there are relationships with many items of general or specialized culture.
Results interviewing students show that they are proposing themselves a productive, not reproductive approach of the domain, understanding the need to learn generative, with reinterpretations from the experience. Therefore, beyond the identification of different contents, it requires understanding of the aims and methodologies specific to that science. Management learning is an effective and efficient learning principle, along with other principles that should be respected at explicit level, through guidance and support from the teacher. | Keywords
