Abstract
In order to achieve the success / success of a project, the manager has to have some key qualifiers: to have a conscious project management experience so that he / she is familiar with the steps, the affiliations and the actions that are required; to have a team that has competence in the management doemment but especially in the application of management techniques (planning, programming, control) and personality traits and competencies regarding the communication and management of human resources that will allow him to collaborate with the partners involved in the project, but also to strain tight and difficult situations.These aspects point out that the project manager must be a complex person with both quantifiable competences and human qualities. In this respect, the work refers to the areas of expertise of the project manager (functions, competencies, styles).The project manager must be able to: (re) build a realistic image of himself, to form and practice communication and negotiation skills; practice the skills to make decisions, plan, predict, keep track of; to stimulate creativity in the area of business ideas; to develop skills to identify market requirements or potential customers.Its competencies can be summarized as follows: motivation, enthusiasm, personal involvement, perseverance, self-control in problematic events / situations management, low level of flexibility and adaptability, creativity in problem solving, lack of prejudices about work, ability to take timely decisions in pressure situations, communication and conflict resolution skills, sensitivity to market dynamics, seriousness, promptness in meeting deadlines,policies and trends in the labor market. |
