Nowadays, technology is vital, it is something without which we could not live, considering that it is everywhere. Getting used to the population with different innovations that make their life easier even in an unconscious way, from social networks, blogs, sites, movies, documentaries and so on, what happens in the online and offline spheres. offers a wide range of information to the population.
One of the current methods of e-learning that makes the whole process more efficient, being an interactive one, easy to access, offers an infinite palette of options regardless of the domain. E-learning can be helpful to those eager to learn, thus improving their education, knowledge and skills in many fields.
In recent years, being increasingly subject to increased levels of stress, sedentary lifestyle and medical conditions, people have started to use more and more tools to inform themselves about implementing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including even elearning and mobile learning tools for information.
The increasingly used mobile learning applications offer insights into the quality of food, the number of calories and the nutritional composition of foods, managing to generate personalized nutrition programs for each user, presenting to him justifying information.
The purpose of this article is to identify the reasons that cause users to turn to mobile learning applications in terms of health and nutrition, and through objectives is identified the physical (visual) characteristics that determine their users. choose a specific learning application. To identify this information, a qualitative research was carried out on a sample of 12 people using mobile applications to assess the health and implementation of certain nutritional models, and as an research guide an interview guide and the Eye-Tracking tool were used. in order to be able to observe the evidence of the physical characteristics (design and aesthetics, or friendly use) for which they chose a certain application to the detriment of another one (in this case a comparison was made on 2 applications with different characteristics). |
