Abstract
With the development of information and communications technology, classic way to learn suffer rapid and profound transformations. The current role of the teacher, that of intermediate knowledge, it loses much of striking. Training is oriented towards the learner, allowing them to choose content and tools appropriate to their interests needs and levels of ability. eLearning is a program that aims to increase the quality and efficiency of computer aided education, by providing theoretical support, by spreading good practice and experimentation in eLearning. Also by promoting best solutions, systems and services for eLearning Moodle Platform includes materials, announcements, information on the use of new information and communication technologies in education. . Moodle -eLearning platform was realized in order to create an efficient and easy-to satisfactory user needs and expectations about education online. Another advantage of the Platform is that based on data protection for all users, even if they are merely participating in the program learning, teachers or other users taking part in this process. The importance of Platform is the one in which students can evaluate their progress. This study aims at identifying efficiency in terms of Moodle Platform service, teachers and students as users, completing the work of teachers to improve the learning of students. I will also analyze the possibility of Moodle Platform to be both an open source, used by students and teachers, as well as the activities they perform and they have success to improve learning activity. Information was provided by students and teachers from Technical Faculties of the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, who use Moodle, to complement the teaching process. Based on the results obtained, they were compiling statistics, which werw interpreted, and suggesting recommendations on using Moodle in educational improvement learning instructive process by students. |
