Abstract
About the communication process, as an essential attribute of human evolution, as well as of organisation development, a lot of ink was certainly spilled, research was performed in various societal contexts and paradigms, and the analytic and critical studies promise to leave enough room for the specialists' continuing taking steps in the same direction and pursuing their interests. This may be both an answer to, and an acknowledgement of the importance communication plays for mankind and the human evolution, as well as for the organisation and the organisational development. The school organisations are not left out of this paradigm either: in their case, communication, and internal communication in particular, is synonymous to the school good operation and ensures the portrayal of a positive picture amongst the beneficiaries: pupils and parents. Starting from these considerations and the current debates occurring at national level, the aim of this article is to reiterate the importance of the communication process, in general, and of the internal communication, in particular, within the school organisations, both by presenting the theoretical background in this field, as well as by providing examples for the same within the school organisations. These matters are detailed in the presentation of the case study and of the results of a questionnaire applied on the topic. |
