IMPROVING THE DEGREE OF HEAD TILT IN A TEAM OF YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS AGED 8-10 YEARS Authors: Visan Rafael, Stoica Marius, Dreve Adina Volume 1 | DOI: 10.12753/2066-026X-23-042 | Pages: 445-464 | Download PDF | Abstract
The assumptions underlying the current research direction were determined by both the decreasing level of the football game in the investigated age group and the non-exploitation of the impressive abilities that a child aged 8-10 years is able to develop as a result of appropriate training. In our country, the current game of football intended for children aged between 8 and 10 years does not focus on the development of creativity and coordination skills, but predominantly on the tactical and systematised game following various predefined play routes.
Taking into account the above, we consider it imperative to optimise the coordination skills of young players.
The purpose of this research is to improve the head inclination in a team of children aged 8-10 years through means specific to the game of football.
Hypothesis: Comparing the precentage of the wrong pass in the final test in the experimental group with the precentage of the wrong pass in the final test in the control group, there are significant differences between the two groups in the final test.
In the organization and development of the research direction, after studying the specialized literature and establishing the participants, the following can be found: Initial and final testing of target group and control group using artificial intelligence and visual recognition; Implementation of the specific training program; Centralization, analysis and presentation of data.
The research methods used were the experimental method, documentation method, mathematical statistics and recording method. The research includes 42 male participants aged 8-10 years, players of one football club, FC Chelsea Bucharest. | Keywords
