The use of various software in Physics learning contributes to making associations between theoretical situations and the real world, increasing students' motivation for study and also the attractiveness of didactic action. In this work, we present a method of studying the mass point motions using video analysis, mathematical modelling, and conceptual mapping techniques. We employed the Tracker application for analyzing particular recorded videos of different object motions. Using video analysis in teaching kinematics introduces a creative method and makes physics more interesting for students. The mathematical models developed using GeoGebra are able to accurately predict motion of the bodies in both rectilinear and curvilinear motion scenarios. Furthermore, we use CmapTools for creating a conceptual map to graphically represent the relationships between notions and ideas. The conceptual map provides a comprehensive overview of the notions related to mass point motions, including the definition of motion, the physical quantities and the equations used to describe it, and the differences between rectilinear and curvilinear motion. We integrated all the materials created in this map helping us in organizing and structuring the information. Video analysis and mathematical modelling allow students to gain insights into the laws and principles governing the motion of objects in the physical world. The conceptual map provides a useful visual representation of the relationships between the different concepts and materials studied. | Keywords
